Members' Art & Fun Fall Gathering
​"A Day at the River"
on Saturday, Oct. 19th
10 - 5 pm
​at Merrifield, Kathy Spotts' home on the James River

Come enjoy the company of your fellow JRAL members at Merrifield, Kathy Spotts’ home on the James River on Saturday, October 19th, 10 am to 5 pm!  You don't need to signup ahead of time - come anytime and stay as long as you want.

Bring your plein air set-up, a camera, or sketchbook to create art in this beautiful setting. Guests are welcome, but no pets please. 

Bring your own lunch, a water bottle, and a lawn chair for lunch from Noon to 1:30 pm.  A member only “No Door” prize raffle winner will be announced at 1 pm (must be present to win). We will provide a water station for water refills and some snacks.

If you want to stay for sunset (6:30 pm), please contact Kathy at [email protected] to arrange.

Rain date will be the following Saturday, October 26th, from 10 am to 5 pm.
