Annual Meeting & Members' Artist Challenge: "Let there be light and shadow"
We have heard about light and shadow in our pursuit to paint from books, teachers, workshops, etc. Our challenge for the May 19th program will be about light, but with a twist. You must incorporate light from a particular source: i.e. candlelight, lamp light, street light, firelight, moonlight, sunlight, reflective light, fog light, etc. Basically any source of light you choose. Have fun, be bold, take chances and enjoy the process! On the back of your artwork, please tell us about your light source and the story it tells. Our challenge judge will be Adele Castillo. |
