Waiver of Liability Form for Exhibiting Members

Exhibiting members are required to sign and return the Waiver of Liability form to the Membership Chair before they can participate in James River Art League exhibitions. Please fill out, sign electronically, and click "Submit", and the form will be sent to the Membership Chair to file.
