Member Programs and Business Meetings
Member meetings/programs are on the third Friday of each month from September - May; 11:00 am to about 1:00 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, unless otherwise specified.
- In September, November, January, March, and May, there is a brief business meeting before the program, and refreshments/light snacks are provided. Guest are welcome!
- In October, December, February, and April, JRAL has a special program, get-together, or field trip; location and time is dependent on the event.

Executive Board Meetings
The Executive Board meets on the first Friday of September, November, January, March & May, 11:00 am to about 1:00 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church. New members are juried in at November and March meetings.
IN CASE OF SEVERE/INCLEMENT WEATHER: In case of inclement weather, our policy is that JRAL events and meetings will be cancelled if Henrico County schools are closed. If Henrico schools are opening late, our event or meeting will proceed as planned. Announcements of cancellations or meeting changes can also be found on this website or our Facebook page.
