Jeremy Sams Workshop for JRAL Members
January 22-23, 2026
James River Art League is excited to offer a workshop with Jeremy Sams for JRAL members!
The workshop will be focused on landscape painting, and will be held inside at Montpelier Center for the Arts. Jeremy uses Golden Open acrylics, but acrylic, oil, or watercolor mediums may also be used at the workshop
Participation will be limited to 12 participants, randomly chosen by lottery. The cost for 2 days is $150. Participants will bring their own art supplies and easels. Sign up below for the lottery. Once chosen in the lottery, participants will get more information regarding how to pay the workshop fee. NOTE: the lottery is now closed.
NOTE: In case of inclement weather, we have a tentative alternate date of January 29-30, 2026 at the same location, depending on the location's availability.

Jeremy Sams is an award-winning representational artist residing in Archdale, North Carolina. His primary subject matter is landscapes while working in acrylics.
